We’re back! Our City Snapshot series has been on a bit of hiatus since we featured Monterey and Carmel in November and Palm Springs in October, but with in person meetings and events picking up again, we’re bringing back our monthly series with the ultimate conference destination…

Las Vegas, baby! No one beats Las Vegas in the combination of service, hospitality and world-class entertainment! Pair that with affordable rates, great airlift across the country, and an incredible supply of meeting space, it’s no wonder Vegas is always on the list of top cities to consider for meetings, conferences, and conventions.

Las Vegas – Our May 2021 Feature

While it was tough to select just five venues, here are our Top 5 Meeting Hotels in Las Vegas, based on event type.

1. User Conference

Why we love it:

Located right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, the brand new Caesars Forum is perfect for your next User Conference! Caesars Forum boasts a campus style layout with three hotels within a 3-minute walk to the Forum: Harrah’s, The Flamingo and The Linq.

Along with the new construction of more than 300,00 total sq. feet of meeting space within Caesars Forum, all 3 hotels have also been upgraded including room and restaurant upgrades.

The new meeting space offers two of the largest pillarless ballrooms in the WORLD along with smaller more intimate spaces. Not only do they offer amazing indoor options, but they also have these incredible garage doors that open up to a 100,000 sq. ft. outdoor plaza that can be branded in whatever creative way you can imagine!

Why we love it:

Wynn Las Vegas is our ideal location for your next Executive Summit with it’s warm and elegant design. Whether you are planning for 25 or 5,000, Wynn Las Vegas has more than 560,000 sq. ft of unique space opportunities.

Located at the northeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard, Wynn Las Vegas offers a revamped 18-hole championship golf course with a killer event pavilion that provides an open air elegance with amazing views of the course.

Perhaps you need something a little more intimate and smaller in scale. We recommend the suites at the Wynn. Here you can have a conference table for 10, a private balcony or patio or a stylish and grand 3-bedroom duplex with butler service.

If your group likes to go out together, consider buying a few tables at the beautiful Vegas club on property, XS! XS is a 45,000 sq.ft. night club that offers poolside views and private cabanas that glow and come to life after dark!

Virgin Hotel Las Vegas

Why we love it:

We chose to highlight Virgin Hotel Las Vegas not only for its vibrant modern vibe, but also for it’s amazing spaces for your next sales kickoff! With an incredible 130,000 square feet of meeting space, both indoor and outdoor options are endless!

Virgin Hotel Las Vegas has ballrooms ranging from 28,000+ sq. ft to a more intimate 6,000 sq. ft. Not only do they have a space that will fit your large group, but they have the perfect connected spaces near the ballrooms to accommodate any breakout rooms you may need.

Want to have an incredible welcome reception for your sales teams? Why not utilize some of the five acres of their luxe outdoor spaces, including an expansive pool area or the outdoor event lawn? The Commons Club and the VIP lounge offer a hip modern atmosphere perfect for cocktails and welcome parties.

Just be sure to make T&E rules clear – between Nobu, One Steakhouse, Kassi Beach House, and several other delicious spots on property, your reps may need a reminder to keep their travel meal spend in check!

Why we love it:

We love Vdara’s intimate setting and meeting spaces, perfect for smaller groups ranging from 10-300. The property provides a relaxed, focused atmosphere without a lot of distractions. There is no gaming or smoking on property, and they pride themselves in their aesthetics.

The Vinoly Ballroom uses natural materials like sandstone and warm wood to give the space a contemporary feel with a convenient location just near the hotel entrance. Prefer something intimate, yet with an open feel? The Silk Road has floor-to-ceiling windows with a unique and flexible space perfect for business!

Another great space we love is the contemporary and swanky lounge VICE VERSA! This boutique style venue is in the middle of the hotel and offers a stunning water feature and fire pits and is perfect for grabbing a cocktail and yummy bites before heading out to explore the amazing entertainment Las Vegas has to offer!
