Puerto Rico is on our map for meetings and conferences! With help from our friends at Discover Puerto Rico, we’re excited to feature the destination as June’s City Snapshot – in this case, Island Snapshot. In particular, as you begin to plan your in person incentives again, Puerto Rico is the perfect option providing the culture, flavors, and colors of an international destination – but without the worries around international travel restrictions since it is a US territory. And while Hurricane Maria was devastating to the region, one silver lining is that nearly all properties have fresh new renovations waiting for your group to enjoy.

Viejo San Juan

Why we love it:

This historical mega-resort totals 17-acres with stunning views of the Atlantic Coast. At Caribe Hilton they go big on features! Pools have waterfalls, dip under bridges, spill over ledges and include pool bars serving Puerto Rico’s national drink – the pina colada! Can’t you just picture serving these at your Welcome Reception in branded coconuts like those we did for Cordial’s user conference in San Diego? Eight restaurants, a fitness center, and spa make up just a few amenities here.

The expansive 65,000 sq.ft. of meeting space includes 24 meeting rooms, 11 conference rooms, 2 ballrooms and one of Puerto Rico’s largest exhibition halls. Need a unique pre-function space? La Concha Renaissance San Juan Resort stands out with it’s trendy, retro-hipster vibe boasting 230 rooms with almost all with an ocean view. We chose La Concha for your ideal Sales Kickoff destination for it’s happening nightlife, lively pools, breathtaking ocean views and Caribbean vibe. With over 25,000 square feet of event space including 10,000 square feet of outdoor space, the options are endless and the views are incredible! The most recognizable venue option for La Concha is the shell-shaped Perla: 5,984 square feet framed by a color stained glass wall and an inner courtyard. Need a larger space? Located in Dorado, a beachside township on Puerto Rico’s central north coast, Dorado Beach Ritz Carlton’s opulent resort stretches across 3 miles of white-sand beaches on a former coconut and grapefruit plantation. The location is perfect for Executives who appreciate a quieter atmosphere than San Juan for their meeting.

Guests are greeted with homemade popsicles and escorted to a grand open-air pavilion. Even the most discerning Executives will appreciate the personal touch of having a private ambassador who then escorts them to their room and is available throughout their stay.

The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort is Puerto Rico’s only 5-pearl hotel. Located on a former coconut plantation, this ultra-luxury property has a rainforest-meets-the-beach feel with a boardwalk amongst lush vegetation that connects all 139 rooms.

Not only do they offer rooms with expansive ceilings, elegant furniture and modern bathrooms, but they also have high tech amenities and private terraces that lead to spectacular ocean views!

Enjoy their spa, two beachfront pools, a fitness center offering yoga, meditation and pilates classes as well as an incredible golf course.
